Plan Management is support to manage the funding in your NDIS plan.
We promptly pay your providers for the disability related supports that you receive and check that all support claims are in line with your NDIS plan, the NDIS legislation and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
We liaise with your support providers as needed to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner and that any issues are identified, acted upon and resolved as soon as possible.
We are part of your NDIS support team and are dedicated to helping you to understand your plan budgets and the types of supports that can be purchased from your plan.
We support you to access and monitor your plan budgets, to ensure that your funding is utilised to best meet your needs, and that it will last for the full duration of your plan.
We are just a phone call or email away, and ready to answer any questions or listen to concerns you may have about your plan.
We provide you with access to your budget records by sending a monthly budget statement.
You can access your budget records anytime, anywhere. You can access your Planability account from your internet browser and the Planability app. With this account, you can monitor live spending, track service agreements, receive plan notifications and have the option to review, approve or reject claims. Planability also provides the option to allow trusted contacts and support coordinators to access your budget information once your consent has been given for this to occur.
