Plan Management is our core business, it is all we do. We offer independent support with no conflict of interest. Our priority is providing exceptional plan management services to our participants, their carer and/or representatives and to their service providers. And we’re local, based right here in Adelaide.

Choice and Control

One of the significant benefits of having your NDIS plan managed with a plan manager is the ability to choose your own service provider, even providers that have chosen not to register with the National Disability Insurance Agency. This gives you complete choice and control of your funding and your providers without the stress of receiving, claiming and paying invoices yourself, freeing you up to focus on working toward achieving your goals.

Our service fees are paid by the NDIS – they do not come out of your support budget and are in addition to your funding – so there is no cost to you.

Stress Free NDIS Plan Management

As your chosen plan manager, Priority Plan Management will claim and pay your invoices, usually within 2-5 business days of receiving them (provided that your NDIS plan is current and funded for the support invoiced). We will send you a budget report monthly to assist you to track your spending and provide access to the Careview app so that you can view your funding in real time.

Registered NDIS Service Provider

As a registered NDIS service provider, you can rest assured that we meet the standards of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission ensuring that your privacy is protected and that your plan is managed to the highest standards. We can also assist you to gain the most value from your plan by answering any queries you may have regarding the NDIS, advising which services you are funded for and even connecting you with appropriate service providers.
