Plan Management is support to manage the funding in your NDIS plan.
We promptly pay your providers for the disability related supports that you receive and check that all support claims are in line with your NDIS plan, the NDIS legislation and the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
We liaise with your support team as needed to ensure that payments are made in a timely manner and that any issues are identified, acted upon and resolved as soon as possible.
We are part of your NDIS support team and are dedicated to helping you to understand your plan budgets and the types of supports that you can be purchased from your plan.
We support you to access and monitor your plan budgets, to ensure that your funding is utilised to best meet your needs, and that it will last for the full duration of your plan.
We are just a phone call or email away, and ready to answer any questions or listen to concerns you may have about your plan.
We provide you with access to your budget records by sending a monthly budget statement by email or postal service.
You also have the choice to access your budget records anytime, anywhere via your Planability account. You can access this via your internet browser or can add the Planability app to your smart device. This account gives you the ability to monitor live spending, track service agreements, receive plan notifications and have the option to review, approve or reject claims. Planability also provides the option to allow trusted contacts and support coordinators to access your budget information once your consent has been given for this to occur.
